It started with a napkin-sized problem
Rhea spent years at a plotter that never stopped humming, watching good jobs stall because the drawings were nearly right. A door swing that clipped a vanity. A dimension string that missed the wall by an inch and a half. Rowan came up through the field: framing crews, cold mornings, a tape hooked on a sill plate and numbers written straight onto the drywall.
Put those two habits in one room and you get this desk. One of us reads a site the way a carpenter does, the other draws it the way a plan examiner expects to read it. Neither of us signs off until the numbers close the loop.
We work remotely on purpose. The sketch, the photos and the measurements arrive by text or email, the drawings go out as DWG and PDF, and the invoice follows the files. No retainers to untangle, no hourly meter running while you wait for an answer.
